Policies

Prices are based on double occupancy, any extra guests over the age of 13 are subject to an extra charge of up to $20.
Taxes are 9% (5% GST and Tourism Levy 4%).
Deposit is required upon check-in $250 with cash or debit, on credit $200 is authorized on top of night(s) stay.
The one who pays deposit and/or puts name on room is responsible for everyone in the room, if they break anything or smoke/vape in the room the one responsible will be for covering costs.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am, late check outs and early check ins are subject to extra charges and based upon availability.
Cancellation notice is required 24 hours before check-in date to avoid penalties (1 night stay charge)

No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the hotel, there are designated spots outside for smoking. Smoking in room, building, hallway, smoking with door open so smoke comes back inside will result in a $250 cleaning fee, charged per room.
Quiet time is from 11pm to 7am. 

Pets are $20 per pet per night with limit of 2 in any room. Pets are limited to 1st floor and subject to extra cleaning fees ($250) should they be taken higher without pre-approval.
